Holosun HS512C Solar Failsafe Enclosed Reflex Sight

The Holosun HS512C is an enclosed reflex optical sight designed for rifle and carbine applications. Holosun designed these Red Dot Sights with 12 adjustable brightness settings including 2 that are compatible with night vision devices. Features include Holosun's Super LED with up to 50k hours battery life, Solar Failsafe and Shake Awake along with the Multiple Reticle System (M.R.S.) that offers three choices: a 65 MOA circle dot reticle, a 2 MOA dot only or a 65 MOA circle only. That means you can quickly adapt to a variety of scenarios to deliver your best performance possible. Plus, there are multi-coated lenses for the clearest possible views.

Solar Failsafe™: Holosun’s Solar Failsafe Technology is an innovative feature pioneered by Holosun in red dot sights.

Solar Failsafe allows the red dot sight to remain powered when your battery fails.

Holosun optics with Solar Failsafe feature automatic brightness adjustment; when you’re under the sun you have a bright reticle, when you move indoors it will automatically dim down to match ambient lighting conditions.

Shake Awake™: Holosun’s Shake Awake Technology shuts the LED off during periods of motionlessness.

The amount of time it takes for the LED to deactivate (enter Sleep Mode) is user programmable. Shake Awake can also be completely deactivated which keeps the optic powered on for up to 100k hours (certain models).

Multiple Reticle System™ (M.R.S.): M.R.S. gives the user the flexibility to use their optic as they need it. Units with this feature allow the user to turn on or off certain sections of the reticle giving the ability to have the ideal reticle for the job at hand. If you need a precise shot, you can run the 2MOA dot only. You need a reticle for fast target acquisition, just turn on an additional 65MOA ring with the push of a button! The best part....no need to rezero your optic when switching between reticle options!

Super LED: Holosun has been a leader in laser and LED technology for many years. Holosun Super LEDs provide a versatile range of intensity for the brightest environments down to no-light situations.

Multilayer Coatings: Holosun red dot sights and magnifiers are manufactured using optical glass with multilayer coatings applied to facilitate maximum light transmission and wear resistance while reducing glare.
